OZ Nightlife is the largest online Australian night life directory. Whether you're looking to dine out with friends & family, hit a club in the city or something exotic & wild, OZ Nightlife is the right place to start and end your search.
After realising there were no online nation-wide facilities to locate clubs, pubs, restaurants, cafes and more; they decided to develop a simple but effective web site that allows businesses to advertise their services and enable potential customers to find them!
What was needed?
The client needed a business identity and a website to handle online business listings, paid advertising, maps and more. A big job, but nonetheless we got it done.
What did we do?
We developed everything from the ground up, a brand new design that's funky and fresh. We used our very own framework when developing the system to speed up development time and also to deliver the best results. We met all requirements including the business listings system; this was our favourite feature.
Using the latest in geo-coding technologies, we were able to develop a search system that can find businesses based on your location and geo-radius. The results of that search are then displayed on a map allowing the user to explore the location of the nightspot before even leaving the house.
The search also displays public transport, safe locations, and clubs of a particular rating or category based on preferences.
